RETURNS
All returns are processed from Dublin, Ireland.
You may return new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Any issues with items that need to be returned must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by email to hello@dontkillmyvibe.ie
We do not provide paid shipping on returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/incorrect item)
All items should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.
Please note for hygiene reasons there is strictly no exchange or refund on earrings and no exchange or refund will be given on any items worn.
